  • We have Wireless high speed internet and Cable TV thru Time Warner

    Cable TV is included at all but six (6) rv sites (Time Warner Cable Expanded Basic-65 Channels). WI-FI is available at no charge from two signals in the park, one from the office building and one from the shower building. If this is important to you, choose a site near a signal. Also, for monthly RV sites or Cabins, Road Runner internet service is available through Time Warner.


  • RV Daily Rate.....$30.00 to $35.00 Full hookups, most are pull-thru sites.


  • Our monthly RV sites without cable TV at $215.00 are sites number 13,14,15,16 for smaller campers and one vehicle. Our larger RV sites without cable TV for larger campers and two vehicles and in position to receive excellent wireless internet at $245.00 a month are site numbers 33 and 34. Our RV sites at $245.00 with Cable TV are site numbers 1 thru 10. All other monthly RV sties are $265.00 with Cable TV. All monthly rates are plus electric (paid through Quail Crossing).

    Additional Rates: There is a deposit of $100.00 for new monthly.
    Additional Rates: $3.00 per day, $90.00 per month, per person for more than two people.
    Additional Rates: $5.00 per day, $40.00 per month, per vehicle if more than two cars/pickups.

  • Our cabins are currently available on an extended stay basis with monthly rates from $550.00 to $700.00. See photos under Rental Units.
